JYD and the University of Venda Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On August 27, 2025, JYD and the University of Venda in South Africa held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Executives from JYD and the leadership of the University of Venda jointly signed the agreement, marking the official launch of deep cooperation between the two sides in education digitalization — and a key step in JYD's "going global" strategy toward international markets.

The University of Venda is a comprehensive university focused on application-oriented disciplines, whose education development strategy is highly aligned with China's. The university's delegation had visited Chinese universities and fully recognized their achievements in smart teaching and smart campus construction, expressing the hope of drawing on Chinese experience to advance education development in South Africa.

As a pioneer in China's education AI sector, JYD has built full-scenario smart education solutions covering "AI + education," powered by frontier technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data and backed by mature international service capabilities.

Under the agreement, JYD will donate two sets of advanced digital teaching systems to the university, providing its students and staff — as well as the teachers of the Green Technology Confucius Institute — with hands-on experience in digital learning, artificial intelligence, and intelligent education tools.

The university's leadership noted that JYD's education technology philosophy is highly aligned with the university's "sustainable development" philosophy, expressed deep appreciation for JYD's achievements in smart education, and looked forward to leveraging this cooperation to advance the university's digital and intelligent upgrade in smart teaching and smart campus.
